But, it says "Does Not Ship' for them (fanfest tickets) & they even say that ticket pick up starts at 11. So, why are they shipping?

If it says "Does not ship" then it doesn't ship... you pick it up whenever you are supposed to pick it up...

Ah, I think I get it now. The e-mail you got is pretty much a confirmation e-mail telling you that your ticket order has been processed/accepted. Nothing is being shipped to you.

I guess you already know that you're gonna be picking up the tickets a hour before the FanFest starts.
