I knew this guy wasn't right.

So previously when I had worked at this hospital, we were given team members to go around and catch up on repair delays and to get our work done faster as a group. Well this black guy that worked there named Jeff was really wierd. I always felt uncomfortable about the guy. You could never understand him and would always have to say "What did you say? Couldn't hear you" and he'd always get pissed off and pull the whole race card crapbecause he "spoke like a true african and we were being racist" etc..

Well anyways, he'd always be talking about how he was hooking up with 60-75 year old women and how he'd "Go down on them" and other disgusting barf moments I won't repeat. He used to talk about how his brother was gay and always hanging out at the gay bar, but not him because he liked older women (he always had to bring this up as if he wanted people to look at a deeper picture that he might be gay) I always thought he was lieing about half the crapand making it up to get reactions out of people. Well this one guy had started there about 9 months ago and he's just a typical inexperienced virgin thats quirky. Alot of the guys always made fun of him and called him gay and other crap(not sure if he was, none of my concern) and Jeff decided he was going to prove it once and for all (this was in November like a week before I was fired for BS reasons). So he followed the guy around and was constantly grabbing his ass, bumping into him with his crotch up against his ass and was harassing him with comments like "I is gonna shoot my load in your face, I bet you like dat huh". The guy finally got pissed when Jeff grabbed his balls and wouldn't let go.

So the guy came to me and a few others as witnesses and we went to human resources who had seen it on securitys video camera before we even got there. Jeff was fired for sexual harassment and he claimed he was fired for racism (which was a daily issue for the guy) and that the organisation was out to get him.

Jeff had been there for 5 years and got away with so much stuff due the boss thinking he was a "great outstanding worker" and due to the hospital being afraid of firing him and having a hate crime scandal going on. He threatened to shoot my dad when my dad told him to " off" after Jeff was harassing him. He was going around telling people he was having sex with half the women that were there. He always lied and said that people called him "Fagget N*gger" and that he was offended, just to get the day off and get paid for it. Well every thing that he pulled the Hospital swept under neath the rug and called the people complaining liars even with tons of threats of suits and harassment charges, just to avoid a public media scandal.

So today I woke up to read my paper and low and behold there is a nice article on Jeff which didn't really come to shock as me. I had the former co-worker call me up asking if I'd help speak for him since the hospital told him they wouldn't partake in the claim (he quit that day). My girl friends mom who also worked there and was harassed non-stop by the guy called and is going to speak out.

So yeah, he went to a bar, found a drunk, incapacitated him and proceeded to rape him, and attempted to rape him. So yeah, he was such a "great outstanding guy".
