Lemme get an opinion from you guys.

Okay so today was my first day back at High School so generally stuff was alright caught up with some buddies met some teachers etc etc...During the third period someone came into the class room i was currently in and said they were making a memorial for a boy that died that was in my grade (Which i thought was a good gesture)

Anyway she's telling us about it and says she's going to build the memorial in the aboriginal garden (Aboriginals are the first people to be in Australia) now i'd have no problem with this but the aboriginal garden is strictly for the aboriginal students. Me being a white Australian i am not allowed to visit there.

This joins a ton of crapthat this school has been doing. Heres some examples:

Building a race specific garden in the first place.

Holding a sports carnival and Barbeque for only the Aboriginal Students whilst us White Australians had to sit in classrooms and listen to the Aboriginal students play sport and we could smell there BBQ.

The Aboriginal Students getting there own counsellor for use only by them and nobody else.

Them getting race specific excursions.

Now i'm far from racist but shouldnt we all be equal? How is it fair that they get all that and i don't because i have white skin? They get benefits in the Australian Government too they get free tutoring they get paid to go to school they get tons of benefits that i don't.

Now i think that whats happening is incredibly racist and unfair. What if a white boy wants to go and pay his respects to the child that died? They have to go to the burial site but the Aboriginal Students don't have too because he is one of them.

So i was just wondering your thoughts on this? Do you agree or disagree with me?
