I've talked to Kyzer and Drakz about it and it has been decided that we are doing an awards show. I'm going to be in charge of pretty much everything for it.
So, with that, I want to hear from everyone what categories we should have for the show. Please make any suggestions you have. Also, feel free to comment on any other idea you want to happen on the show. Should the show have WFWF characters breaking kayfabe like WWE's Hall of Fame or should it not? Whatever you think.
Somethings I've been thinking of:
-Recognizing the new WFWF Hall of Fame class who were just kind of thrown in it
-Having a WFWF legend or some one who applies well to host each individual category
Categories:
-Best Male Wrestler/RPer
-Best Female Wrestler/RPer
-Best Gimmick
-Best Match
-Best Newcomer *cough* Ganador *cough*
-Best Tag Team
-Best World Champion
-Best International Champion
-Best National Champion
-Best Young Gunn Champion
(The new titles IMO shouldn't be involved because they're so new. The Women's Title and Tag Titles also don't need to be involved because they have a whole general category)
We could also have a worst category for each thing listed above as long as it isn't a real mean thing or anything. But then how could we do that without it being mean?

Most Improved.
Best Heel.
Best Face.
Best Brawl.
Dream Match.
Best Feud.
There's alot, but I'm looking to hear from others. As for presenters, I'll just name a spree of people, and see the possibility.
Jade, Johnny Michaels, Slayer, Saku, Josh, Cherribomb, EBR, Ray Smith, Justa Mazing, Dazz, ect..
I'd personally like to see some change-ups from last year, and maybe some that would credit the RPer and not just there wrestler/diva portrayed.
When categories are made, will we get to vote? last year we got to pick the hall of fame inductees, but like you said. This year it was sorta rushed.

I don't really wanna induct anyone else into the Hall of Fame any time soon. The Hall of fame is meant to be prestigeous with only a select few (the best of the best) making it in so I think putting any one else in any time this year would take something away from that.
Hmmmm categories I think:
Best RPer
Best champ (for each title)
Best feud
Best Face/Heel
Best match
best gimmick
I like the idea of legends presenting the awards however Ganador you need to contact them and ask them. We should also have a section for each of the hall of famers who were inducted in January(ish) so that people know what they have achieved, how they impacted the fed etc. You're gonna have to do your research Gan. ;D

Lol Drakz everything you said has pretty much already been said.  I wanted to recognize those who were already inducted into the Hall of Fame, not add more. I also told Kyzer that I would be getting permission for everything, but I guess you couldn't have known that. CBT, I couldn't find the awards show from last year, so I don't really know how to change it up from last year since I don't know what they did last year. I do have an idea to recognize each RPer who wins, which I'll probably do, but I'm going to keep it a secret for now. Keep the feedback coming, it's been good so far. |

Maybe I'll have each person PM me two people for each on the final categories, and then have a few of the people who got the most votes be the final people you vote for. But then again, if people only vote once for one person, it will be much more of a surprise when the show is finally posted because people won't know at all who the winner will be, while if they had had five or so finalists for each category they would know the winner would be one of those five or so. |

I would seriously reccomend you ask EBR or Alex to present the show as they did talk show segments a while ago and they were pretty damn good.

I would also think it would be cool to have everyone break character, maybe have interview segments with each member etc.

I think a MOTY category should added and possibly a catagory of who would you like to see as a champion in the future. That's all I can think of for now, but idea's will be coming to me.

Nice inneuendo, or whatever people call it, "Cause CBT Says So", feels so appreciated.  I do think both Yukio and MOD make good points, the awards should have some importance and because there a 1 year thing they shouldn't be damn predictable. Make them fun, and unique. I think MOTY is a good idea, considering some matches get good feedback, but it'd be interesting to see what actually is remembered and acknowledged. |

I couldn't remember. Slayer didn't RP for several matches toward the end of his last run here.

This should be from the period of the last awards show up to right before the Kyzer and Drakz era. That would give a good time frame.
And actually CBT, Slayer no showed. He showed up the match right after losing to you and put out a bad ass rp which he meant to use against you.

I think we should use these catagories:
Best rper
Best face
Best heel
Best tag team (of the whole year)
Best champion (of ALL catagories)
Best rp of the year (gotta really think hard on that one)
And whatever everyone else has said already.

I definitly think that WFWF should have an Awards Show and just to let you guys know I am strongly considering a return to Rp'ing.
