After the ppv some things are going to change. People are going to stop getting pushed for titles unless they start adding to the enviroment of the fed. This can be done is several ways.
1) Replying to rps with CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Tell them what specifically you liked and didn't like. Tell them specifically what they did wrong so they can fix it. I am guilty of doing this myself but too many people just put good job, or you can improve or you have room for improvement. I am going to start helping people like everyone else should. I would like to see people review HS rps more. A lot of them go unnoticed by a lot of people, including Drakz and myself. They are the ones that need the help the most, so that they can soon come to the main card and get involved with our more established stars.
2) Help write matches. I appreciate how much everyone stepped up to help Drakz out since my time on the internet is limited to when I am at work until sunday. It makes results a lot better when you help out because it allows Drakz and myself more time to focus on segs and angle buildup. It also gives us less work to do if something comes up like this past week.
3) Write segs for yourself. Alex Sean and Kurt Burton are the only ones who regularly send me segs. That will come into effect when we decide who to push and who not to. It also makes you as an e-fedder look better when you are more involved with your characters.
4) Give feedback on shows. Do more than tell us it was good or wasn't. Tell us what you liked and didn't like so we can make things better. It makes me feel more motivated to get stuff down when I have people's input on things.
5) Make suggestions, and/or offer to help make those things a reality. Take Ganador for instance. He along with a few others suggested an awards show and now he stepped up and took it upon himself to write it. That makes it a bit easier on us and makes it better for all of you. Because now you will get things to happen that wouldn't normally happen due to time restraints and whatnot.
I know a lot of people do these things. But there are some who don't. The most important things I listed are the reviewing rps and sending in segs. Alex tends to write two rps for every show and send in a seg for every show. He works 40+ hours a week. He also reviews as many rps as he can and helps with banners. If he can do it all that in one week, you can do at least half of what he does on a weekly basis. I as owner should be leading the way and I have fallend behind in that regard. But I have every intention of rectrifying that this week. I would like to see people do this also. It could mean where you stand in the cards after Superbrawl. We might just bring back Miguel to job you out to.
