We are in a stretch limo, one so lavish that only those in the upper echelon of society will ever set foot in. A rather large screen TV is placed directly below the tinted window that separates the chauffer from the back area. The TV has just about every conceivable channel, as would be expected. There is even a sunroof that can be opened if the weather permits. This is the lifestyle that everyone dreams about, but so few get to live it out. A familiar looking man sits on the plush leather seat and takes a sip of some fine wine. He turns off the TV and takes another sip from the glass before he sets it down and begins to speak.
My name is Thunder, and I am a very different man since the last time you saw me. I was a member of Los Hobos, a group who lived on the streets with no money, and we’re proud of it. Even though I achieved success while in Los Hobos, that was not the lifestyle I wanted to live. So I took a break, and during that time I came into some money, a lot of money. Since then I have been living the lavish lifestyle that I’ve always wanted. I had it all, or so I thought. I tried my hand at other sports, but I didn’t enjoy it. Playing tennis on my personal court bored me. I was led back to my one true passion: wrestling. There is simply nothing like the feeling you get when in front of 15,000 people holding a title above your head in victory. I will feel that once again at Superbrawl IV when I win the Internet Title. But I’ve never been one to look ahead. The only thing that’s on my mind right now is winning my return match on Odium. I am facing two tough competitors, but quite frankly, they can’t match me move-for-move in the ring.
In the one corner you have Joe Kessen, a living, breathing, Captain America. He bleeds red, white and blue. Don’t get me wrong. I love my country too. But there is one color that is simply more important than red, white, and blue: green. Money is more important than anything else in this world. You can wave that flag all you want, but it won’t get you anywhere. In the ring, you are powerful, but that is simply it. You are nothing more than a strongman, a brute. You can press slam and stomp around the ring, but the only thing I’ll need to do is actually wrestle. The reason why you don’t stand a chance is rather simple: brains always defeats brawn. In the other corner you have “The Dragon” Tony, who also calls himself a legend killer. That is a nickname you do not deserve. You’ve been here in the big leagues for only a few months. You have to earn your spot here, no matter what you did somewhere else. When you prove yourself you can be as arrogant as you want, but until then you have no room to talk.
There is no doubt that my opponents, Joe Kessen and “The Dragon” Tony, are two of the toughest competitors in WFWF today. But you two aren’t even fit to lace my boots. I am simply in a different league from everyone else that is wrestling. I have it all: brains, technical skill, experience, and of course, money. At Odium I make my return, and get one step closer to winning the Internet Title at Superbrawl IV. Now if you excuse me, I must now leave. Chauffer, open the door and please remove the cameraman from the limo.
We hear the sound of a door closing. Within a few seconds, the door nearest Thunder is opened by the chauffer. He steps out and adjusts his suit and tie. The door slams shut, and his figure disappears from the view through the window.
OOC: This could have been better, but this is my first RP in a year so it'll take awhile before I
get back to form. I had the dialogue done for awhile but kind of rushed through the description.
