I went to the TRU in Newark, CA right when they just opened up and to my surprise I found the CELL. There were about seven of them; four on the bottom shelf and three on top. I'm so glad I had finally found it. Undertaker and Randy Orton are absolute perfect figs. For $43.49, it's all worth it. The rest of the stuff they had were:
CS10: Rhodes, Rocky, Monsson, Sammartino and Race. ( Didn't care because I already have the whole set.)
WM22 Series 1 and 2: A bunch of them including 2-packs
PPV11: All but Undertaker and Cena.
Bunch of old Adrenaline 2-packs and TT 3-packs
Bunch of TRU Billy Grahams
