Hey guys. So today I went hunting at the local TRUS( mines the one near the sunrise mall on Long Island. Anyway, I have not been on the boards in while so I have not been up to date with all the variables and what not. So im looking at what they have , (by the way it was crap but they did have a few classics from series 10). I already have the entire series 10.. so as im walking away I notice a series 10 Harley Race, except hes wearing all purple and his hair is a lot lighter.. so right away I get all excited and thought I must of found a harley variable. So i purchase the fig. Once im in my car i called my friend who knows alot more about variants then me.. I told him what happened and he just started to laugh at me and told me that somebody just switched harleys from another classic set and put the older one back in the box!! O man I was so upset. I felt used... So i did go back in and get my $ back. But this just proves why You have to keep reading these boards to keep up to date on whats going on out there!!! HAHA

I work at a TRU.....I have notcied people do this ALOT! One time, I saw someone return Taker/Barear Pack.....Put the CS 9 Paul in there and some god aweful Taker. I have also seen the Jericho/Cena 2 pack with the blet get returned with a Jericho TTL, and the very first Cena,with the UNDISPUTED Belt! This happens alot make sure you look at the package real close before buying it.

I saw a Austin/Piper 2 pack but it was 2 pipers in the pack lol....& it was so obvious that it was torn open & replaced. |
