Went to my local Wal-Mart in Union City, CA and was surprised to see they had RA21. Didn't really get anything because I was mostly looking for the CS Exclusive three-packs and CS11. Here is what they had:
RA21
Triple H x1
John Cena x1
Edge x2
Chavo x1
Carlito x2
(No RVD)
They also had a complete set of CS10, RA20.5, a bunch of AD18 and some AD19 and I spotted a Benoit/Booker T Wal-Mart belt pack.

was sabu in the cs10 set as well if so i got to go there i live in fontana wonder how far it is to union city

Everytime I see a post for finding this set. No RVD. I guess he is the hard one to find.
