TRU Times Square as of 7-29 everything you saw in that guys picture on the figure talk page is all they had. Tuesday they get more ECW 2 and DA 9.
TRU in Bruckner Plaza (the Bronx)
ECW 2 all bought all
DA9 all picked up all but Cena
PPV 14 all
CS 13 all
belts and rings and crap
best of all i scored a 1/500 Lashley!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
TRU in Bay Plaza
nothing worth reporting they have not stocked up like their sister store in Bruckner
TRU in College Point
Everything Bruckner had sans the 1/500 lashley and they even had the Jeff hardy with IC title belt and Helms with CW belt

Hey man, how do you know they're getting ECW2 & DA9 on Tuesday?
Instead of creating a new thread, I'll just add to this with what they had at KB( 34th St- Manhattan Mall) today.
Loads of Rocky figs, half off

I was thinking of buying a Burke/Turkay pack at Times Square for $10. It's incredible- all of the packages are old and destroyed.

if ever you see int the tru in times square that you can only find what you really want when the store opens for the day, then it means they only got 1 or 2 cases of something in the night before. Since that store has opened a few years ago they always do this. The NYC Metro area 9 times out of 10 is the last major area to get new figures. IE: on thursday of last week they had 1 case of ecw2 out and one case of DA9 out. by 12pm there was only styles and kelly left and wang and thorne. anytime you see that happen at that toys r us that means that there is a 75% chance that the sunday following they will have gotten a major delivery of new sets. there have been times where it doenst happen on that sunday and therefore the likelihood is that on either tuesday, wednesday or thursday they get them in stock. i noticed this trend way back when CSTT 1 came out and it seems to be the norm since. I work nearby so i always check on my break. most of the store accociates wont have clue about what you want. there is one chunky white guy that knows his stuff and when he sees me he gives me a general idea of when to come by. havent seem him in months but that doesnt say much. Take this however you want but its the system i go by.

Man the same thing happened to me yesterday and this morning. I checked there last night at 7 and was informed that a transformer in the basement caught on fire lol. Then this morning, still closed. crapI hope it will be open tommorow.

Well I went absolutely figure-hunting crazy today.
Times Square TRU STILL nothing new. Still the same crap from that photo.
Manhattan Mall KB STILL nothing new. Still the same crap from the top of this post.
KB Toys #1- Newport Mall in Jersey City, NJ
RA27( - Mysterio & Lashley), DA 3-packs, Spike belt packs, CS14 shelf warmers, AD Burchill/Regal, Sylvester/Burke, etc..
Second KB in the mall had the same crap, only they had Mysterio and Lashley( only 1), and some Rocky figs.
Target- Jersey City
CS Rick Steiner( x1, bought), Moolah( x2-3), Honky Tonk Man( x1), Barry Windham( x1-2)
AD24 Hooliganz x3
I honestly give up on ever finding ECW2 or DA9. I guess I'll just rip myself off and buy Ariel & Vince offline. I guess if I don't find them within a week I will.
The Steiner was on my wantlist though, so I'm glad I got him.
If anybody finds Ariel around NYC, PLEASE hide me one. Same goes for me- if you need anything, tell me and I'll hide it if I see one.

I'll probably hit up Times Square & 34th St again tomorrow. Only this time I'll have a nice crisp Franklin with me( Benjamin, not Lashley). ;D
Definitely gonna try to get Vince, MVP/Kane, maybe the Hardy Title Pack..
