Is shelley and sabin leaving the company? Is joe? Is LAX? Im just really confused what should i believe? Who else is leaving?

Eventually probably some of them will leave. For now they are not leaving.

Joe's is under contract for at least another year,they offered him an extension and he declined,my guess is he wants more money since he has a top spot now,alex shelley just signed a new deal so he's here for a while not sure about LAX

Several guys including Homicide, Hernandez, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Senshi, and Sonjay Dutt have requested a release from the company to work in Japan and ROH. TNA denied them of their release.
The notion that Shelley has signed a new deal is false, as he has not. Shelley's deal was rolled over by TNA and he was forced to stay with the company until late 2008.
Joe's deal has an out clause in March, he's expected to use it.

There are lots of rumours floating around that several guys are unhappy within the company, however nothing has been confirmed as of yet & most of these wrestlers are tied up still for several months.

considering the fact that half the ppl on here r all like yeah theyr'e leaving and the other says they're not...no wonder ur confused...
