Hey, my Bound For Glory street team stuff came via FedEx today. The deadline date to submit pictures/videos etc is next Monday (Oct. 1st) which sucks because I won't be eligble to win the Runner Up/Grand Prize but ah well. The letter explaining what you got & what you have to do, when it’s due etc. Free TNA Logo T-Shirt (It actually is my size haha) 50ish TNA Bound For Glory Mini-Posters 250ish TNA BFG/iMPACT Poster Fliers (one side is BFG other side is iMPACT)

Why did your account get deleted?

You emailed them & signed up. Then they emailed you the team captian form & if you wanted to be one you filled it out & awsnered some questions (why you should be picked, your plan, etc). Then they picked out captians & if you didn't get a spot they would put you on a team that was near you. I got picked as a captian & noone got placed on my team (since I'm farther south then everyone else). So, I have to put together my own team but I doubt imma put together one since it's due Monday & all my friends go to public school Monday-Friday & since I'm homeschooled I could go out on my own & promote it. As far as my account getting deleted it's a long ass story.

Wow, they're so desperate. Because, they want to spread the word about the product? Wow just wow.

Wow, they're so desperate. Because, they want to spread the word about the product? Wow just wow. Spread the word by sending fans flyers to hand out? It's like club promoting, which is a horrible concept in itself. If you want to spread the news on a product actually put on a show that'll turn heads TOWARDS the tv, not away from it. That'd be a better idea then sending fans 50 flyers and a t-shirt in an attempt to gain 2 viewers. You annoy me endlessly... you'd defend TNA if they set your house on fire. Seriously, get a life.

How the hell was I defending TNA in this thread? Because, they are letting fans in the area promote the event? I don't see what the problem is. Not every single person knows about TNA so this is just another way of getting the word out about it.

Not every single person knows about TNA so this is just another way of getting the word out about it. Anyone who knows about wrestling knows about TNA, I doubt if you hand a flyer out to a person who's not a wrestling fan will say "Hey, this flyer really makes me want to get into this product!". People who know about wrestling aren't going to see the flyer and say they want to see the PPV either, because most people who actually know wrestling wouldn't bother with that nonsense. Horrible concept, desperate attempt.

That's your opinion & your entitled to it. I honestly don't care if it works or not. I'm helping promote a promotion I'm a fan of & I'm going to enjoy doing it. Don't like it - stay out of threads about it. That simple.

Honestly I don't get why TNA wouldn't just advertise locally on tv and radio. Who is really gonna check out a wrestling event just because they are given a piece of paper.

TV appeals to the mass audience. TV advertising would cost TNA more money but they would also get a bigger draw out of it. Handing out fliers just screams random indy show.

Okay that's nice. Like I said - Don't like it - stay out of threads about it. It's that simple. You knew what it was about & still opened it.
