Ok I dont think huge deal questions like this should go in a official thread that mite not even be answered and Im not just talking for myself, Im talking about for people with the same thing Im dealing with.
400 RA figs(Includes like 86 Classics) and 2 Replicas SPinner and WHC both Adult sizes for $1650.00
Is that a good deal. Im getting the money and he's getting the figures and belts.

The spinners themselves are like $700 alone., so I'd say yes Huh there only 350.00 and loose value most of the time. I Just saw a lot on ebay go for 713 and it had lke 210 figs.

Let's break it down - 2 spinner belts would be around $600-$700 + WHC belt $200 so for the 3 belts, its already around $800-$900, assuming the belts are in excellent condition.
So $1650 - 900 = $750 divided by 400 figs = $1.88 per fig.
So I guess its a fair deal even if we price the belts lower since they're not brand new anymore.
But it would be a great deal for the buyer if there's some HTF and expensive figs included in that 400-fig lot.

Seems like a pretty good deal to me, i wouldn't hesitate at the end of the day as that is a large amount of money and you many not be offered that amount ever again if you turned it down.
Good luck.

i wouldnt waste that much money on figs. TBH even if it was $1000 i still wouldnt
just tell the person selling it to just give you the figs that you need.
most of them you prolly already have

I'd defenitley sell the collection in seperate ebay auctions. Agreed and seconded. Separate your figures into lots and sell them on eBay. Put one really nice rare figure with two or three that won't sell very well. That way buyers will buy the lot for the one good figure and you'll have less trouble selling off the two or three poor figures. You will have to put more work into doing it this way but its a much better way to make money off of your collection.

I personally would sell them in smaller lots and make more money that way, if you want to get them out and do it all in one shot then I guess sell it for that, it is a lot of money but You will also be losing a lot more.

I wouldn't do it; some figures go for more than others, especially if you have 86 Classics. I would not do it.

Bro, if you need the money quickly, then yes. If you're just lazy and don't want to deal with selling 400 figures in groups of 3 or 4, then yes. It's rare to find someone willing to put out that kind of money all at once, so like others said it's a once in a lifetime shot.
What you have to decide is, is it worth it to sell it all in one shot and lose anywhere from $200-$900, but you wont have the hassle of dealing with a TON of people, auctions, listing fees, final value fees, deadbeat bidders, slow payers, Classified members who B.S., ebay monthly fees, paypal fees, cashing money orders for as low as $10-15, etc.
It's all about what's best for you.
