Very choppy animation. It also seems that you've taken too many frames. Have a look at the frames you capture from the game and any frames that you've got more than one of, just get rid of them. It'll make the move run smoother and faster. Positioning is also a major problem in this animation. As J-Dav said...it looks like the canvas is made of ice due to them sliding around the ring. Check out some tutorials (ask at the SFPWXP forum (the link is in my sig)) on positioning or hit me up on MSN (bring_that_s hit_in@hotmail.com Without the space) and i'll teach you my method. Good job for a first though as you've got all the frames because usually the problem with earlier animations is that they don't get enough frames.
