Its listed as Nitro but I can't imagine they couldn't get a new scan in time for that series (due out in january I think) which is really all he needs to be Morrison.

Not in respect to the figure itself. i dont think the figure itself will change, but the name on the box will.

We've seen how fast JAKKS can turn out a figure; RA 28 Torrie Wilson was based on an outfit she wore AFTER the lineup was announced, so chances are it will be Morrison, especially since the only difference between Nitro and Morrison is his feathered hair.

I think the name on the box will be ''Johnny Nitro'' but the figure will be John Morrison

I guarantee you they will use the old headscan, but with the hair just painted brown (no blonde streaks) and call it John Morrison on the box. Jakks like to milk headscans for all their worth before bringing out a second one. The only exception to this I've seen is Matt Striker.
