Just because he is gone doesn't mean his figure will be released (see Spike Dudley) nor his CS figures seeing some people in CS are no longer with us. If he signs a legends contract then we'll get them.

I hope we still get the CS one with red white and blue trousers, I was hoping for a surfer one too, maybe I'll have to make a custom of that one.

We will still get the CS fig but who really cares if we get the PPV 16 figure? ECW 1 is perfect.

I myself like sandman but. wwe is not extreme like the original ecw so sandman is not able to be more like himself, so this was coming either way, also his figure wouldnt be that much different from his ecw 1 figure. that's a g@y decision by WWE first Sabu now this. ECW can't/won't be ECW w/o the classic guys! Don't worry we'll still get the CS fig ecw was never ecw when it realunched on sci fi. sabu wanted to be fired, so he messed up on purpose a few times, he is doing much better on the indy circuit. |

I bet they'll both still come out. PPV16 is next in the PPV line. His CS figure...well, if he has a Legends Contract, he'll be fine. Hopefully PPV16 has an ECW Originals shirt or at least something different than his ECW1 fig.
