ya man what the hell ....i hate when they do this ....im from canada so sometime they make me pay for the border taxe cuz the idiot that send it mark a intellectually- disabled person price on the box

Well the story gets even better. I had started a Paypal claim against the seller as I didn't receive the figure and when I requested his contact details they were wrong. Paypal started the claim and he didn't respond. In the meantime, about 2 weeks ago, he emailed me from his ebay account and said he had sent it. This was a lie as the post mark proves he sent it 8 days ago. Anyway, he didn't respond to the Paypal claim and I got notification just yesterday that I was getting a full refund. Same day the figure came!
This means I got the figure for the customs cost of £51. I am also able to claim some of that back as he seemingly overvalued it on purpose. Furthermore, I had an attack of conscience last night and thought I should send him some cash as I did eventually get it. BUT, with the lying about posting, charging me 3 times for postage what it actually cost him AND sending in a friggin envelope leaving the box very badly damaged at the bottom, I think he can kiss my arse.

Awesome win, man; sucks you had to deal with such a shitty seller, at least you did with it what you wanted to.
All I need is this Piper and the white wristbands variant to have my own complete CSDA collection.

     They're a bit fuzzy when you enlarge them, sorry. Brand new camera and its ****e! Won this on ebay for $162.50 MOC. Bargain of the century. However, the seller lied 4 times about sending it and I received it 6 weeks after paying for it. He also sent it in a friggin padded envelope so it just as well I buy MOC and open all my figures as the box was crushed. Furthermore, he over-valued it and I ended up paying a £51 customs fee ($100) to pick the thing up. Happy with the figure though and hope you enjoy the pics. Still, would have preferred the boxing Piper anyday!! why does he have purple boots? Piper wore marron boots at that time |
