Hey,
Since Jeremy just announced that CS #16 Shane has been moved to CS #17, I was just curious if anyone will take his place instead.
I mean, I don't think it's fair for the people that may have pre-ordered the set in hopes of getting Shane and now, they might be one figure less than they were hoping to get.
In my opinion, since they are taking Shane out of CS #16, they should put someone, anyone, in his spot rather than nobody at all.
I'll take a repaint, I don't care. Jakks should definitely add someone in to take Shane's spot.
Some easy possibilities are:
- Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart in blue & black attire like CS #13 Bret
- Junk Yard Dog in red trunks
- Mr. Perfect in yellow tights
- Rick "The Model" Martel in light blue trunks
- Don Muraco in black trunks & boots
- Honky Tonk Man in red jumpsuit
- Greg Valentine in W.W.F. Hasbro attire with robe
- Andre the Giant in yellow trunks & boots
- Earthquake in blue attire
There are tons of people they can put in that spot, rather than nothing at all. If I pre-ordered the set in hopes of Shane or just another figure in the set, I'd be pissed right off.
For those people that did, they are now getting one figure less than they previously thought.

i agrre with that also. im glad i didnt pre order cuz the jewel in that set IMO was shane. i really wanted an updated RA shane but hey i just have to wait a bit longer =(

Last time this happened with X-Pac in CS 15 those of us who preordered got a coupon for like $12.50 from RSC for our next purchase. Kinda sucks as I would rather just get a refund for the difference. At least it made my Outsiders 2 pack $12.50 less.  |

Shane probably didn't like his proto, hence why they have yet to release the protos.

Ill tell u what.. I wouldnt mind seeing Andre in yellow or Rick Martel in light blue... That would make shane not being in the next set a little bit easier to take...

Well i can wait for Shane if it was Sid or Giant Gonzalez i would've been disappointed. I don't think Jakks will replace him with anyone.

Since he is going to be in CS 17 who they going to remove from there to make room for him?
