It was from the Road To Wrestlemania Tour or something, I picked up two off ebay 6 months ago for 15 dollars each plus shipping and they were autographed.

The differences are the red elbow pads, red boots, HBJ's autograph and of course the 1/5000 stamp on his arm. The proceeds from this "exclusive" were given to charity.

Now if it has no autograph it`s worth tons more than the autographed version. Hillybilly signed most of them before they were shipped in cases. If i remember correctly there were something like 200 that didn`t get signed and are worth more. I have a non autographed version, just simply so i didn`t have 1 fig out of my whole collection autographed.

so if i switched lower legs and put red elbow pads on my HBJ and put a sticker on his arm he'd go for 100+ dollars?

Actually you can. Sharpie can be removed from the bubble that holds Jakks figs by simply spraying this solution called "Goof-Off" on the autograph, waiting a few seconds, and wiping with a damp cloth. You might have to do this a few times but it works.
It's how I removed this Roddy Rowdy Piper autograph from a bubble that I found out was a fake.

I use to work maintenance at my High School and we had a million thingd that would take sharpie off: SD-20, Remove All, and Zoff to name a few.
I went to RTWM (21) Fesr and I passed up on that figure. Don't regret it either.
