No, it's worth about what it would have cost at retail, maybe a bit less. I was thinking of getting one just for the elbow pads.

Not really, it was released 2 or 3 times. And there was the LOD version, which I think would be the most rare Heidenreich figure.

I don't think that figure is really valuable at all to be honest. The rarest one, like what Catering Dude said, is most likely the LOD version of him when he teamed up with Animal.
