TNAWrestlingNews.com can confirm that TNA ended up not making a play towards women's wrestler Sarah Stock aka Dark Angel from CMLL. They were just looking for five bodies to fill in spots for Knockouts Gauntlet Match at Bound For Glory, as opposed to having an idea to find or create some new female star. Also, TNAWrestlingNews.com has learned that Stock lives in Mexico City, so there was no point in going through the trouble to getting her into the U.S. for what was probably going to be a one-time appearance.

TNA has signed female giant "The Amazon Kong" to compete in the new TNA knockouts division. She will debut on the final Impact! before Bound For Glory.

The following is from Nic Wishart: Just saw an ad on the TV mentioning a wrestling/animation/sci-fi expo in Melbourne during the weekend of October the 13th and 14th. In attendance will be Sabu, and Rob Van Dam signing autographs, and the advertisement also mentioned a live wrestling show and Q & A time amongst many other activities. Speaking of RVD, he did tell the Between the Ropes radio show that he left WWE on good terms. RVD said a full-time WWE schedule "doesn't have any appeal to me right now." Regarding coming back, he said TNA would be worth looking into because of the schedule, and would weigh the schedule against the prestige, exposure and the money. Sabu is expected back in TNA soon.

I think it's worth stating that I for one did NOT recive the text message about "The Amazing Kong" siging with TNA. I think this is something TNA needs to work on as this is about the 3rd text message I didn't recive from them.
