Why is the figure so rare? i've been looking for a loose one for a matter of months and still no luck.. the other reason why i dont understand why it is so popular is because it is in street gear.. anyone have any idea?

Isn't that the one with his figures based on his movie Walking Tall? Well maybe its so rare cause to my knowledge Rite Aid only sells OTR series.
I have a loose one if you want we could tradE?

It's rare because it's an exclusive to Rite Aid, and not every Rite Aid sells WWE figures. I never found any OTR figures at my Rite Aid, which is why it's so bizarre to me why Jakks would sell anything exclusive there.
Plus, Rite Aid never puts an entire case of figures out, which makes it even harder to find figures from the OTR set that you're looking for. They typically put 2 or 4 figures out at a time until they sell, and if they don't they could wind up sitting on the shelves for months.

I got mine from a Rite Aid when I was over in the States, Christmas 2005. Was really happy as I'd have never found it in the UK. i have a MOC one, but i don't want to open it because of it's rareness I really don't that particular figure will be worth more MOC than loose, so I would open it. Off the Ropes carding doesn't generally generate any MOC value.

That was released back when OTR figures were all $4.99 at Rite Aid. I picked up 2 then for parts. They should go back to that price again as all OTR figures are just leftover parts put together.

Thanks everyone, i wouldn't know what i Rite Aid was if it poked me in my eye with a sharp stick! Rite Aid is a pharmacy/drug store in the United States. According to Wikipedia, they only have stores in 31 out of the 50 states, so even people in the US have a hard time finding these figures.

Well i don't know if this is everywhere but i head that Rite Aid bought Eckard( or CVS) so all the stores will now be Rite Aid

I have passed on that figure so many times on ebay when it was new but after watching Walking Tall recently I was thinking that with an added brown leather jacket it would be a really cool addition to my Rock collection.
