Have you ever randomly seen someone you know looking for wrestling figures, and you didn't know they collected? I personally never have but I think it would be cool to know someone new to talk about wrestling figures. So share your stories.

Yes, I've seen fellow board members/collectors from a bunch of sites I hit at various stores.

I work with a guy who is way into wrestling. Funny thing is, way back when we had a WM 15 party at my house and he was invited (we went to junior high together), I just forgot about it. I was avidly searching for a Candice Michelle (I work at target btw) and he was on the floor searching through the ADs (I thought he was stocking). We both remembered about WM 15 and had a good laugh about how wre both held on to our middle school obsession.

This doesn't have to do with seeing someone at a store but at another place.
In one of my college classes a few years ago on Whiteman AFB I was wearing a Shawn Michaels shirt after summer slam 02. I got into a conversation with an older guy who was in the military and had kids who turned out to be a big fan of collecting figs and told me about this site. The guy was someone I would never expect to collect.
Most people I know that like wrestling hide the fact they like it. They own shirts, figures, old vhs but are embarrassed about it.

Well once i was in a check out line with like 4 figs in my hand and this super hot group of girls walked in that I knew, and I was like 'O.O' and yeah, I told them it was my cousins birthday and these were his gifts.

While shopping with my wife I ran into a former coworker, whom I dated a couple times. Funny thing was she was pushing her two young sons in a carriage and when she told us their names one had my first name and the other my middle name. The wife thought I had some 'splaining to do. She really thought we'd be spending some quality time on the Maury Povich show.
