Sorry if this is a dumb question but what is a UPC. Is that a postal service or is that UPS. Or is it a barcode receipt thing for figs?

At Tru you can either give them the UPC or Item for the figures you are looking for. Then you get an employee that says you know this comes as an Assortment. I am like yes i know i want to know when you guys are getting the whole series.

UPC= Universal Product Code. As noted, it refers to the barcode on the package.

Well i just called a TRU in ILL. and they have nothing. I asked about the DC and they said that it hasn't hit there either. O well maybe next week.

If I call with this will they really look it up? Hey, I work at tru, and we do look it up for you. It is not a problem at all, at least at my TRU they are okay with it, just try giving them a call then. |

I tried calling my local Toys R Us. I give them the 6 digit SKU number. The guy looks it up. He says they have them. I ask him to please go get them for me and that I would buy the whole set of 5 guys. He goes to the shelf (I can hear it over the phone.) He starts telling me what they have (CS series 15, deluxe series 8 and 9) but they don't have CSDA series 3 even though the computer said they were in stock and on the shelf. Bummer.

Nanuet had a case. I called and asked if they had any and Kerry said they had a case in back. So he held the three I wanted most for me (Taker, Hall, Rude) and I went and picked them up. They had the rest of the case still. but when I got home and told my wife she said I should have just bought the other 2 as well. So I called back and Kerry said all that was left was alone Lex which my wife picked up for me on the way home. The rest went within an hour tops as I was there 12:30 and called at 1:45-2PM..
