Sunny was the clear winner, she currently has 23 or so votes and has a strong lead.
Zach Oat (the editor of TF) said that he wished more peoples voices were heard since only 90 or so people voted, and they were going to close the poll soon (that was a couple months ago, they are probably just waiting for someone to pass up Sunny) Now they have moved on to a Marvel Legends poll so I don't think they are going to make it afterall.
Like I said to American Idol when Sanjaya was on a roll, "Don't put someone in the competition you aren't okay with winning it" I doubt they thought Sunny had a real chance, but divas are more popular than ever now, and they sell excellently. TF shouldn't have a problem unloading 1800 Sunnys.

Whereas I do want a Sunny figure, the scan will almost assuredly suck if it is a scan, because Sunny is nowhere near as hot as she once was. A steady diet of cocaine and Sabu's junk will do that to you. As for a sculpt well to that I can only say two words Bruiser Brody.
