decided to stop at a local TRU today, they usually have the same ol crap but today they had something different. 2 complete sets of Classic Deluxe Series 3!. so 10 minutes and $75 later I walked out with the whole damn set.
it looks awesome. here are my opinions and pics:
whole set looks good together. i think im going to keep them MOC because it looks better that way. The only downside was that the case must have been crushed a little because all the tops were bent. O well I'm not that picky.
Jake looks awesome. The headscan is different from his CS RA style and the pants are great. Plus the snake gives it a better look. His pose is weird though, i don't get the one leg out thing.
Hall is awesome. My favorite of the set. I wish they used this headscan on the CS Razor, There were 2 there and one of them the white on the kneepads was all stained so fortunately i found this one, its in much better condition.
Rude looks great, the headscan is dead on, i love the robe, i know the attire isnt the best underneath but it all looks good to me. i just wish they gave him same color kneepads it makes the knees look better, even tho i know he didnt wear them.
Luger is my second favorite of the set, his headscan is PERFECT, and i love the all-american attire, makes me want them to make a toy lex express. The only thing i dont like is the pose they have him in, its weird, not normal looking.
Taker is a good figure. it sucks they didnt give him the coat, it would have looked so much better. and the painted hands look cheesy. the headscan is awesome, and for us nostalgic fans this is everything you could want in a CS figure.
Overall this set is damn impressive, just a few minor complaints but each one was well worth the money. Thanks for looking guys!
