Anyone plan on doing this for the Christmas season? Im going to be doing it. I think it's a good thing to do. I think i'll get some figures and donate them. I feel bad for kids who dont have anything and are poor. Atleast receving some action figures will make them happy. So, Anyone else donating any wwe figures to toys for tots this year?

Yes. TRU has Gymini marked down to $4 so I plan on buying at least 5 of them and donating them to whoever has those boxes set up. Subway also gives you a free 6 inch sub sandwich if you donate a toy worth more than $5, which the Gymini were before they were marked down. I think everyone should do this, or encourage their parents to buy up some of the Spirit Squad, Mexicools, Burke/Terkays and Gyminis and donate them.
Getting rid of shelfwarmers? Good thing
Sub sandwich? Very good thing
Toys for underprivelaged children? GREAT thing
Everyones happy.

I buy new toys for them every year so usually not WWE figures. Most of the time its dolls, trucks, games, etc. I do have a lot of figures laying around though. It may not a be a bad idea this year.

I've never really thought about that. I always see things like stuffed animals and Barbies in the Toys for Tots barrels. A good idea would be to donate TNA figures because TRU has some of them marked down as low as $3, and they are highly detailed. Anyway, sounds like a good plan!

I do this every year, I will get at least one thing and drop it in a box. I never bought wrestling figs for the box tho. More like cars or dolls. And Why not, we are lucky enough to be able to freely go into the store and get whatever we want whenever we want, and those kids can barely get a new toy all year. Its a really nice thing to do, doesnt matter if you ever meet the children or not, you know you made a kid smile. That is a wonderful thing. If any of you can do it, if you went toy hunting and they didnt have something you were looking for, use that 8 bucks and brighten a kids holiday.

With that sentence you made one of the best points ever. These poor kids cant just go buy something. They just cant and theres not much they can do about it. 2 years ago i was trying to sell my MOC RA2 Dreamer. No one bought so when i went to TRU, i dropped it off in the bin.

I donate toys every year. Whenever I see any cool toys on sale throughout the year, I pick one or two up. I always give at least a couple of wrestling figs.

Last year, my family donated $175 to Toys For Tots just from NOT buying cards for each other. Please check out the charity link in my signature, and tell your family to use the money they would spend on cards to give to charity. Make each other more meaningful cards instead of paying for SOMEONE ELSE'S words.
