Is his shirt removable or molded? Also is the tie the same material as the TTL Steven Richards?

the shirt is molded and it not the same mold as the TTL one.

Both are molded. Its a shame that for this fig they didn't make a jacket that is actually fused together. Vince rarely wears his jacket open, its generaly buttoned up so he can do the powerwalk.
