Yes it does. Awesome fig too. Based off RR 06. I got it because I went there. Do not however: Get the Orton from the same set. Total crap.

I have that one got it in january for 7.99 at TRU and it does...... NOT have the tattoo thats the one down side of it! Its an awsome attire but it does not have his tattoo on his arm but you should still get it.

Well, it is a good figure, but the fact is, it is not his WrestleMania 23 attire, and many people will want his WM 23 attire, so you can't really say the RR 06 figure is "better" than RA 29/WM23, it's a matter of opinion. They are different tights.

Some people who are checking for the tat for you could confuse that figure with the Hogan/HBK 2 pack which has the same attire. The 2 pack had the tat for sure.
