You wouldn't be charged for something if they didn't ship it. And with the exception of CS14 HTM and the variant ML Face-Off DareDevil set I've always received everything I pre-ordered from them. And HTM I knew would be cancelled because he was listed as Kevin Nash andthat was the same thing that had happened with the ML set. It was was cancelled because it was listed wrong. So I knew the HTM would be as well. Sorry you had trouble with them.

I received my preorder items that I order from them. I never had a problem with Toysrus.
Hopefully I get my CSDA 3. Still not able to get them in my area.

It is well known that most TRU preorders get cancelled. They had a few red MVP in stock at midnight. According to the site they have one left.

I ordered the first WM 23 CM Punk in the red attire and got the same thing. On the day it was supposed to ship, they wrote to me and told me that it wouldn't be coming in. They never got the figure again as far as I know. I initially ordered the new WM 23 Punk but after finding it in the store, I canceled. Glad I did now.

That's why I don't and never would Pre- Order from them. Haven't you read all the poor experiences people have had? Wait til they have what you want in stock and order it. Or pay a few bucks extra for the better surface offered at a "secondary market" online retailer. Hell if you buy sets from online retail, it works out to nearly the same as if you bought in store, only you get it a month early and don't have to go to multiple stores everyday.
