Cuz im in the Philippines ryt now and I was in LA for like three years but dont remember if they do cuz I never saw one.and its like a year since I didnt go to La
so do they sell csda at toyrus,or kbtoys wallmart kmart,or other stores?or only in the net they sell em'?
cuz im gonna ask my aunt to buy me some fresh figs from LA 8-)im gonna ask her if she can buy me some
CSDAs and some other figs

They are TRU exclusives. The first 2 series are long gone, but series 3 is out now at TRU and on their website.

They are in stores if you can find them. Otherwise, you could resort to buying online.

I've not had any troube with TRU.com and pre-orders except for things I already knew there'd be a problem with because it was listed wrong. And by that I mean when CS14 was listed they had Nash listed as HTM...So I ordered it anyway hoping they'd figure out Nash was replaced by HTM and ship me the HTM, but they just cancelled the Nash from my order saying he wasn't in stock. So I picked HTM up at TRU when I saw it there. It also happened to me with a ML Face-Offs set that was listed wrong.
But other than those 2 figures I've not had any trouble with TRU.com & pre-orders. And I've pre-ordered alot from them in the past. Off the top of my head I had pre-ordered all of CS12, Most of CS13, Most of CS14, a few CS15, All CSTT4, all CSTT5, all CSTT6, all of CSDA2 and a bunch of Mattel Batman/DCSH.

I have never really had a problem with TRU.com. The only thing I never liked is how sometimes pre-orders get pushed back. The Horsemen sets were supposed to ship last week, but they were pushed back until 10/21.
