CSTT are exclusive to TRU (although I've read posts of people finding them at some Value Citys now)...But the CS3-Pack were exclusive to Wal-Mart, but now they are at other stores as wal. Wal-Mart, KB, TRU & Spencers all carry the 3-Packs now)
