I just had my order for WM 23 MVP cancelled. They have shipped my Elijah Burke and CM Punk is listed as in stock so I'm assuming I'll get that soon. The Lashley vs. Umaga set is listed as on back-order.
My question is, since the MVP was cancelled, will they refund my card or will they give me online credit? I used a debit card so I don't know if that'll make any difference or not. I figure at least some of you have had an order cancelled by them before (This is the last time I'm going to order from them).

They'll refund your card by the amount the MVP figure cost.

They shouldn't have charged your card if it never shipped. They never charge my card until they actually ship my order.

They shipped my Burke & Punk, but have heard no news about MVP so far. I hope I get lucky.

Yeah, companies like that are not supposed to charge your card until shipping.

DO NOT PRE-ORDER ANYTHING FROM TOYS R US!!!!!!
I pre-ordered the RTWM Hardy Boyz the day it became available on TRU's website. I was charged for it the moment I placed the order. 2 months after they hit store shelves I STILL hadn't gotten them and suddenly my order was cancelled! When I called about it I was told that they had shipped out their entire stock of thet 2-pack and wouldn't have anymore for a while. I asked why I didn't get one because I was one of the first few to pre-order it. They told me that they didn't know. When I checked my Paypal account, they hadn't refunded me for the set...
All in all, it took me several hours on the phone with Paypal and TRU.com (over several days) to FINALLY get my refund. Trust me, you'd rather wait untill it is on store shelves whenever possible!!

They will refund you after two months. That's what those punks did to me.

Man you should just wait to those hit the Store's. They are an TRU Exclusive and i know my TRU has a ton of MVP.
