 Just thought i'd post this. Only thing i don't like is the Rocky boots. Its seriously screaming out for the long knee high boots. Onto the scan i think this is the pic Jakks used Take out the * |

The scan itself looks fine to me. It's just anachronistic. The outfit appears to be based on his second WWE run but the hairstyle is definitely from his first WCW run.

I love the scan too, I didn't see any problem with it. They used the Rocky boots to make him taller, but Sid always wore high boots with socks sticking out.

I think the scan is from his WCW/first WWF run. The tights need changed, if thats the era there going for. And also: Ill put 10 bucks down betting that he will come with removable elbow pads, and that long one wont be painted. |

1st time I saw the Sid figure I instantly though "1997 Sid". I think the figure is 95% PERFECT (the boots need to change)

I'd say Jakks has done worse so the Sid proto's ok.

Yeah, I too really like this fig. The boots are the only thing that bother me. I agree they aren't exactly accurate but if they used different ones wouldn't it make him too short. |

If he had blue trunks he would be perfect as Sid Justice, but with black its more of a Sycho Sid/Sid Vicious and that hair doesn't match

yes, i to am happy with sid except the boots... i have posted a pic of my custom sid which is based on his "Pyscho" sid look which is why i went with the head i did... but my point is i used the big show boot mold on my custom and i plan on using it on the cs 16 one...
the big show boot mold measures about as long as the tall rocky boot mold used for thunder lipps and drago... i had also customed my thunderlips into a 1984ish hogan using the big show boot mold.... i posted a pic in the custom board titled "custom sid next to cs 16 sid".
I think jakks beat my custom in all areas except, the boot choice...lol
