Just wondering if any one has ever ordered from this site before. I ask because I ordered a CS3 Bret from them October 1st and ten days later nothing has happened, and they havent taken the money yet either, I am just wondering if anyone else has dealt with them before.

They are freaking awful! The customer service there is horrendous. They dont return phone calls and they dont return emails. You call in the middle of the day and nothing. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! You're better off ordering from RSC.

so is it just safe to say that its never going to come and then forget about the whole thing? If so, does anyone know where I can find a CS3 Bret Hart at a reasonable amount lol

i know people who swear by that site but there is asolutely no customer service. order something small to test the waters, then buy a belt if it comes. i am still waiting for them to return my call from 18 months ago...

I've got a CS 3 Bret up for auction on eBay, but I can always end it early if you want to try and make a deal.

I ordered the Undisputed Championship belt from them and they had sold out of the delux edition. They called me, let me know about it, substituted the replica version and refunded me the difference. Also threw in three name plates along with the Eddie Guerrero one I ordered. I was contacted twice and both times, everything went great. They contacted me, I didn't contact them. I had no problems.

I preordered my Edge spinner belt from them earlier this year and had no problems. Then again I never contacted them for any reason. But I'd buy again.

This guy was a complete idot to me on the phone once.
I called inquiring about Classic Series 3 Snuka and Ted Diabaise about a year ago. The employee went to the back room to check for me and he picked the phone up and said "I have a Online website for ordering, don't phone the store and get my employee to check for you". I'm a reputable collector who has buisness to give sellers. I spend easy $500+ a year on figures. Ever since that phone call I've never gone back to this guy, His customer service is, in my opinion, Horrible. He lost me as a customer, HIS LOSS!

But I ordered my X Division belt from AJs. Got it 3 days later. I can't say a bad thing about them.

I actually live about 15 minutes away from A&J's Belts, but I have never ordered from them.

I would stick with more familiar places like ebay or even the classifieds.
