1. Are the pants a new mold?
2. Are the shoes a new mold?
The pants kinda look like the old ones.... But im not 100 % sure.

yea the lower lefs of rey are a new mold to make his pants look baggy. im not sure about the shoes though. i hope i helped =)

now that i have looked at a pick on the figure database i can almost guarantee that the shoes are not a new mold. they are the same boots that all the figures have. I really hope i helped this time with clearing up your question =)

Mysterio's RA28 shoes are exactly the same as his previous ones. The one on the left is from RA28 compared to his AD pack with Long.  The "2007" you saw at the soles of his RA28 shoes are just trademark patents from Jakks. This would mean that Jakks fabricated a new mold to make those shoes, not necessarily new shoe designs but just new mold to make the old shoe design. |

hm...im almost positive that that the "2007" ones are a little smaller than the other ones.
maybe thats just me
*edit* I just compaired the rey with the shawn micheals limited w/ hulk hogan and I matched them up and the shawn shoe mold is alittle longer and the part of the shoe where the toes are in flat and on the rey shoes where the toes are its more rounded.
