Ok, so I want to do a head swap with the IE (Main Event) Torrie Wilson, which has the smiling scan and swap it with the god awful RA22 scan. But I don't want to go through with it incase I need to hollow of the head or anything for it to fit or it dosn't work.

I'm not sure about Torrie, but my TTL Molly Holly's head didn't need modding, the peg went straight in.
It would probably be better to track down a GAB Torrie Wilson as that has the smiling scan but it's RA.

You'll be fine. I swapped heads with the RA 22 and AD 4 Torrie with no problem.
