Numerous people have said it will be free when you preorder the game at TRU. So, I was at TRU yesterday and the game is up for preorder there. I asked if you get the figure when you preorder the game, But was told they know nothing about it yet.

I work for Best Buy and unless it's an exclusive that's coming when the game is coming, it's not with us.
We just got word of a Homer Simpson superball that will be sold along with the new Simpsons video game, so it's possible Rey will be ours as well.
