Rocky. I feel there is no other CS figure more underrated than CS 10 Rocky Maivia. The figure is flawless! Everything from head to toe is dead on IMO.

Rocky Maivia is the better figure. It is 100% accurate. CS11 Ken Shamrock is a good figure too but his blue attire would of been better.

CS10 Rocky has to be in contention for the most underrated CS figure, period.
This figure goes for so little when comparing it to prices of the other RA Rock's Jakks have released, yet it is probably the best one in terms of accuracy and detail.
Maivia wins, hands down.

Rocky! Nice figure! Still dont like the fact that HTM is included in this "tournament". HTM is in the race for best Classic Superstar, but is absolutely not an underrated figure.

Rocky Maivia is probably the most accurate classic figure Jakks have ever made.. Much better than the rest. Rocky takes my vote!

Shamrock. Both are perfect, but to be honest..I could care less to have a Rocky Maivia figure. He has so many Rock figures, and he'll always be remembered as The Rock, not Rocky Maivia. This will probably be Shamrock's only RA.

Personally, I think both these figures are overrated...Not underrated. That being said I think Shamrock is the better of the 2.

rocly maivia is one of the best CS figures to have been released. it should be considered among the elite. it is absolutely perfect.
the shamrock is not, however...apparently he wasnt around to be scanned or something because the face does not resemble him very well. i think it looks old and a bit loose.
i still got it because it will probably be his only CS figure and i loved ken shamrock...but its a big disappointment

Shamrock figure was perfect looked like they shrunk him down and packed him in plastic and cardboard. However I still picked Rock because this is based on underrated and I saw so many of thes warming shelves and I thought it was so good that I bought two of them.
