There's also the somewhat obscure store exclusives and side sets.
Bring the Noise had an ABA Taker.
RA 8.5 had a hybrid of ABA and old school.
Off The Ropes 4 had one.
Raw X, which had a mix of TTL and a few RA, had a RA Undertaker in shirtless ABA gear (coat,jeans).
Might be a few more that weren't mentioned already in this thread. I think we got most of them now. RA4 Undertaker was I believe his second RA figure and Raw X was his first.
