If someone says "Top", it's probably an important post and it's fading away down the page so people reply and say "Top" and it goes to the top of the page,(unless something is stickied), so then people will notice it. But I say Topperoonie ;D, but I hardly ever Top posts.

'Marking out' means supporting and liking something. Like some people marked out for Hogan and Rock at Wrestlemania. I marked out for double 2 Doinks at Wrestlemania 9.

I marked out for double 2 Doinks at Wrestlemania 9. You make me sick. The statment you have just read was a joke, don't take it personally, for I was just kidding.

The term "marking out" is like what they said, but it originated as a wrestling term.
