I haven't been watching Impact lately, so I wanted to see what people thought of him. I originally thought it was just a Goldust rip-off, but I watched two of his videos from his profile on the TNA site and I liked what I saw. I was just wondering if I'd been misled.

Yeah, it's a rip off - due to the fact that a man who helped with "Goldust" is a writer for TNA.

No I don't like him. I don't like Dustin Rhodes... Ever since he took that pre-booking money from the local promoter here in Edmonton and Calgary and refused to show up... I haven't been the biggest fan of Dustin Rhodes...

Dustin Runnels is a washed up has-been. He can't wrestle, or convincingly act insane. Black Reign isn't a Goldust rip-off... the Goldust gimmick was something special and unique. Black Reign is an idiot in a darth maul costume carrying around a caged rat... undisputed WrestleCrap.

I like it. I know it seems gay to alot of people but you should realize that Goldust is Dustin Runnels and without it he is stale. This is the best thing TNA could do with him I think and people should give the character a little more time. That is unless you hate Dustin Runnels and the Goldust character all around  |

I think Dustin Rhodes needs to go on strike -- just boycott the business entirely -- until promoters realize that he doesn't need to be Goldust rip off to get over

Yeah I do like the gimmick and I think Dustin plays it very well. It is nothing like Goldust at all.

I enjoy the character a lot, he may not be the best in the ring, but he's enjoyable in the gimmick right now...

I like Goldust 10x more than I like Black Reign. I'm not big on those "really dark" characters so that's a big reason why he doesn't appeal to me. Goldust was funny and charismatic, Black Reign is just twisted.

Now, do I like the character? No.. Id much rather see him with a more serious gimmick, but its no big deal. Hes a good wrestler, and im just glad to see him back on Tv. |
