Unless i missed it i have yet to see one vote for Shawn Micheals, he might not of been the best but he's skilled with the mic. and has cut some stellar promos in the day. What have you guys been whatchin!

Man, during his prime, I thought Jake "The Snake" Roberts could cut the best promos around. His promo at WrestleMania VI still gives me chills.

The best promo ever had to be when Eddie spoke to Rey on Smackdown when Eddie said "Rey, you are my family, aren't you?" That was also the same night when Eddie didn't help Mysterio during the tag title match with MNM.

+Ultimate Warrior (Though I never saw wrestling before around '98ish, I saw a video on youtube with Jericho, Christian etc. talking and joking about the Ultimate Warrior's promos. Some of the things he said were HILARIOUS whether you could understand them or not. I wish I was around like 20 years ago just to see his promos lol, they looked awesome).

+John Cena - Say what you will, he totally kicks ass on the mic and there's no denying it. He also rules at freestyle rapping. Seeing him cut a promo makes me wonder why he gets so much criticism.

I would have to put Dusty Rhodes at the very top of that list. He is simply the best at cutting promos. Honorable mention goes to Flair.
