from The Wrestling Observer: Promoter Bosco Attolini Pequieira stated in Ovaciones, a Mexican sports publication, that Wrestlemania 25 would take place in Mexico City, although WWE sources claim there is nothing to Pequieira's comments. At this point, the likely candidates to host Wrestlemania 25 are the Astrodome in Houston, TX or the Sky Dome (now called the Rogers Centre) in Toronto.
sorry if it's in the wrong place

We're already discussing WM25? That's in 2009, we're barely half way done with 2007.

Dude why can't they have it in Vegas?? That would rock to have WM 25 in Sin City! Plus wasn't that the runner-up aside from Florida for WM 24? C'mon WWE pick Vegas!

So they are either going to have it somewhere which held it just 7/8 years ago or go aborad to Mexico.
Why dont they just realise WEMBLEY STADIUM is the easiest and best choice. Holds 90,000, has held a Summerslam there before, and every Seat is covered. If they are going abroad, why would they choose Mexico above England. Beyond me.

I wish it'd be another International location....
I heard Paris, but don't remember where I heard that from...

Why not the new Arena that will be finished in Pittsburgh for 2009? We've never had a Mania, but sell out every time they come there.
Plus, Skydome and Astrodome again. Come on damnit give a different city a chance.

Mexico isn't really abroad... in the sense they can just drive there. The logistics of bringing a big WM type set to UK is tough. A smallish one for a house show/ raw isn't that big a cost etc...

Come on damnit give a different city a chance. I would assume it's because of their capacity. I mean, both Stadiums can hold nearly 70,000.
