As you may know, there are many Intercontinental Champions in WWE history. This Tournament will determine the greatest IC Champion ever! The first wrestler to score 5 votes will move on to the next round. IF YOU SEE THAT A WRESTLER ALREADY HAS 5 OR MORE VOTES, DO NOT VOTE AT ALL, IT WLL NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. AS WELL, IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 5 VOTES FOR A PERSON PLEASE DO NOT POST ON THIS THREAD. LET IT MOVE DOWN, THAT WAY IT WON'T BLOCK THE MAIN PAGE.
