I'm picking Hardy vs. RVD for one reason only: in that match, the right person went over. There was no reason Undertaker needed to beat Van Dam in the Vengeance match and doing so kind of derailed what momentum Van Dam had. It was still a damn good match but as far as usefulness goes, the Hardy vs. RVD established Van Dam in the eyes of die-hard WWE fans.

from memory I'd say InVasion. The crowd sucked at Vengeance, so it doesn't really matter how good the match was.

Van Dam/Hardy. the Van Daminator to Hardy, causing him to fall in that little hole in the ramp was great.
