I do not mind him but he needs new entrance music the stuff he has now is horrible and sounds like a jobber from the late 80's who is lucky to be given theme music.
I want to add would it not have made more sense for Orton to face Cody at Summerslam rather than John Cena.

Yeah, he's ok. He's not the best and not the worst that I've seen. He's almost like another Maven I'd say. Just give him time and he'll improve.

he's good on the mic and ok in the ring. His attire is a bit plain and his physique is still small. BUT he's still very young and should grow into it over time. But if he gets too big and gets some lame tribal tats, he'll look just like Orton.

He's a dust, but I dont like him and I dont dislike him, dont really care. And he seems to need attire advice, unless he uses his Dusty/Goldust attire.

I really like him and see a lot of potential if he's used right. I don't know why, but I just get this old-school wrestling feeling when he wrestles his matches. Maybe it's because he's Dusty's son, but I don't know for certain. I can just tell that this kid works hard and pays attention to the little things that make a match like ring psychology.
I think he has some charisma and he definitely has crowd support. He just doesn't seem as green as some of the other guys brought up, like Kenny Dykstra.
