And this will probably be the best argument someone will give me... HE'S NOT ING TALENTED AT ALL.. THAT'S WHY WE DON'T LIKE HIM! When will you ing Cena marks get that through your head? Cena Mark lmao... I personally can't stand him... As for you, you probably don't know what talent is, I have been watching wrestling since it's glory days, not 2005-2007 like yourself..

I have a question...
Why do these threads happen every two seconds. It's like after every PPV, the WWE board is flooded with "WHY ALL THE CENA HATE?"

I'll admit, his title reign is getting a bit ridiculous now. But the bottom line is that he's one of the best performers in the world. He has the crowd in the palm of his hand everytime he's out there. Whether being booed or cheered, he gets the biggest reaction of the night always. His PPV matches are ALWAYS really exciting. The atmosphere is electric when he puts the title on the line. No offense to somebody like Kennedy, but he can't generate excitement like that, consistently, on PPV like Cena does. Cena sells a ton of merchandise to his fans, and sells a lot of tickets and PPVs to his non-fans, who will show up/watch just to see if he loses.
WWE has a cash cow with Cena and until that cow dies, Cena will remain The Champ, or in the title picture.

WWE isn't going to care what a bunch of IWC think of John Cena. They are going for the majority of the fans which is the casual fans. You are aware that about 70% of USA's population has access to the internet right? One could reasonably make the leap that 70% of these 'casual fans' are online and apart of this 'Internet Wrestling Community' you think is so insignificant. Truth be told, anyone can be WWE's "It" guy. It doesn't have to be John Cena... the little kiddies will go apecrap over just about anyone Vince's hype machine supports no matter how untalented they are. Batista, Bobby Lashley... talent or not, they'll be cheered by the "casual fans" because they don't know any better. Now since the casual fans will like anything, why not satisfy the larger, growing demographic of "smarks" by showcasing actual talent as well as interesting storylines. WWE's fanbase grows, smarks are happy, casual fans don't know the difference, everybody wins.

you win for most pointless question ever cause its asked every other day so everyone should know why Cena is generally not liked
you do however lose at life, for asking this question, instead of searching the other 50 topics of the SAME THING over and over .........same thing..hmm...just like Cena

I think Cena being champ this long has up and downsides, but mostly downsides. The only thing I could see as an upside is when he finally gets beat, it'll be a big deal, a new era .. something that is pretty substantial ... that is unless Cena gets it back quickly which would kind of defeat the purpose.
I think Cena's popularity and relevancy had its heyday to me, but right now he seems stale, overdone. It seems that the fans are booing him more and more and even the marks are getting sick of it. On WWE.com when they had a poll for what should happen to Cena the majority suggested stripping the belt from him. The IWC don't take part in those polls, the marks who go to WWE.com for wrestling news do. So if they even want it, that says something. To me, WWE right now seems like it's losing momentum and stale. I feel if a new champ is crowned it will rejuvinate the product, then we have some top guys returning soon and if this all falls into place WWE will be doing better.

People (and myself included) hate Cena because his act has gotten stale. Promos are the same- "The Champ is HEEEREE" "Come get some!!!!" He has the same match every time he's out there too. Punch, Punch, whip into ropes, shoulder tackle. Then he gets beat up for 10 minutes, Hulks up, 5 moves of doom, then STFU and beats the odds again. Its old and predictable.

People hate Cena for the same reason they hated Trips when he held the title for so long. When you see the same guy at the top for 2-3 yrs in a row it's get stale, old and boring. You get tired of seeing Cena squash some random heel. Big deal. Let's see some fresh faces in the main event please.

Whether being booed or cheered, he gets the biggest reaction of the night always. That's not true at all. If you include someone else like Triple H or Stone Cold Steve Austin or even Hulk Hogan, they, not Cena, get the biggest reaction of the night. Just look at SummerSlam earlier on this year. You can't tell me for one second that Stone Cold Steve Austin didn't get the biggest reaction of the night because he most certainly did and you know it.

Since, most of wrestlingfigs have jumped off the hate bandwagon and onto the Cena one.
I hate him because there are many more talented wrestlers that deserve the title, sure, his first reign was okay, hell, his second one good but now don't you think it's time he STEPPED DOWN?

He only makes like 3 appearances a year, so of course he'll get a mega pop. and no, Triple H didn't get a bigger reaction than Cena did at Summerslam.

Lets face it, as much as we don't like Cena, he draws. He Sells alot of Merchandise, he gets ratings, and he is over. Now really, Someone please give me a good argument of why he shouldn't be where he is? Where are these ratings?

I don't hate him, I just think that being in the main even spotlight for over two years is unacceptable.

Cuz all the smarks think its cool... Dont worry once someone else gets the title they will be hated on too...
Just like HHH back when he had the title every week, Benoit after he won, JBL when he ahd 10 months, Mysterio when he first won it and many more.

I never said (To the other people) That I like Cena, I said he is where he is because he puts Money in Vince's pocket. Becuase of the majority of the Casual Fans, not the Wrestling Community who love ROH and other indy shows.
