So Shawn Michaels wrestled himself then did he ? I think not. There's no such thing as getting carried. That's just something marks like to say when they are trying to critisize someone...and failing horribly at doing so... Really? So, Ric Flair didn't have to carry guys to hour long matches back when he was NWA Champion? And Undertaker never had to carry all of those guys like Kama, Mabel, and others? Oh, and how could I be so stupid to think that Bret Hart carried guys like Yokozuna and The Mountie! David Flair really was that good that Hennig and Windham didn't have to carry him! Wow! Face it, there are ring generals and guys who shouldn't step in between the ropes. Cena does his best work in hardcore matches, which is what made his feud with Umaga bearable. But at Wrestlemania, he was carried by Shawn Michaels. There's no "you're just a mark" or "Cena can hold his own", it doesn't matter. Shawn carried Cena like he carried everyone else in matches over a decade ago. No. I have to agree to disagree. I respect your opinion but I don't agree whatsoever. None of those matches you named were good apart from Flair's matches. Why ? Because both men worked hard. It takes two to tango and two to wrestle a match. The wrestlers always use the phrase that wrestling is like a dance, well, the dance is what I'm talking about. Was Cena/HBK good ? Hell yeah it was good. But don't tell me that Shawn Michaels and Big Daddy V could have done the same match and it would have been just as good. |

WWE is  ed, their number one guy is out for 6-8 months. Bye bye merch sales, ticket sales, maybe even a ratings decline. Anyone else think he'll be back in a non wrestling role sooner than later? |

Kinda sucks, I was gonna order No Mercy for the Last Man Standing Match, now there is no storyline going into the match, so the main event of No Mercy is gonna be a match that has no storyline behind it. To me that sucks, I really hope there is a comeback for someone like HBK or someone.

This is great and bad. Great because there will finally be a new champ at No Mercy. Bad because I just dont like to see anyone out. Plus i do like cena when he isnt champ.
This means no riot at No Mercy. Because we know cena wont be there

I'm... bittersweet. I hate John Cena and I'm so excited to see a new champion, and so excited for 8 good, hoepfully LONG, months without him, because I know finally we'll be able to see some fresh matchups and some new faces in the main event for once. I mean, just thinking that next month if there's a WWE title match at whatever Pay Per View, none of the men involved will be John Cena, gets me absolutely ing giddy. What SUCKS though, is I really would've liked to see him lose the title in some completely humiliating way. I wish this injury would have been a result of something happening in the last man standing match, and the show closed with him soaked in blood, without his title, and not to be seen on TV for almost a year. A YEAR. It's a shame that such a horrible injury won't even take him out for as long as his title reign. Hopefully there are some major complications. Hopefully this whole SAVE_US.222 thing turns out to be Jericho... imagine something like Y2J/HHH for the title again. Oh god. If that happened, it would almost make up for Cena's year as champion. Could you imagine? Oh god I can't wait for the next few shows... |

Batista decent matches for one reason TRIPLE H....Since those matches has Batista done ANYTHING worth talking about? No because he has nobody to carry him to a good match. |

I earlier expressed incredible joy about this. i'd just like to clarify, considering the things going around in this thread. I am not happy that John Cena is injured, I don't wish that sort of thing on people, I am happy about 2 things-
1. he has to SURRENDER his belt and say the words "I can't defend it"
2. He will be off of tv for awhile.
I can go back to watching Raw!
