Ah man.....This is very sad news. I just think it's a bit weird that less than a week ago at a local wrestling event, I had bought 2 shoot interview DVD's of "Cowboy" Bob Orton and the other with Moolah & Mae Young and now she's gone. That's just a bit creepy, but whatever. She lived a long, full life, unlike so many before her.
It's just unfortunate that she had to die in 2007, which has clearly been the worst year ever for wrestling related deaths.
I grew up watching her and I will never forget her. She will be greatly missed for a long time to come.
R.I.P. "Fabulous Moolah" Lillian Ellison

WoW. This came as a shock when I read it. I think the last time we saw her was Wrestlemania 23. When she was dancing with Eugene and Mae then Extreme Exopose then the others. Ron Simmons comes and yells DAMNM!
RIP Fabulous

A terrible shame. One of the greatest wrestler's to this day and always will be & possibly the greatest Women's Champion ever. Rest In Peace... The Fabulous One.

The last time she was on was the segment with McMhaon, Coach, Estrada, Teddy Long, and Regal at Summerslam.

My eyes widened when I saw this. I agree with everyone who says that she seemed like she still had a few more years in her. I mean she looked healthy for her age. And I also agree that Mae seemed like she would have gone first (no offence to Mae). But Moolah was, in my opinion, one of the two greatest women's champs in history, next to Trish. She had the longest title reign for any title in wrestling. She lived a long life to be proud of. Moolah, we will truely miss you. RIP.

I never thought I'd be deeply saddened by this, but I am. exactly the same as i am thinking now. R.I.P Moolah, thought you had a few years left in you.

We always had to assume she'd go sometime soon. Still sad though. At least she lived a full life.
RIP Moolah

Honestly I did not see that coming. She was old and everything, but that's seriously shocking. RIP Moolah!

Wow, I'm really surprised. I thought like many others, that Mae would be the first to go. Guess not. Sad that the last time she was on TV she was on her knees barking like a dog. RIP Moolah

Wow....sad to see her go. No doubt this will be mentioned on RAW. A lot of the divas owe a lot to her as she was the biggest woman's champ in history....on the upside maybe this will clear her figs out of being walmart shelwarmers.
